TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Good Standing: Your account must be in good standing (no bans, fraud flags, or Terms of Service violations) at the time of the claim.
  • Non-Transferable: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the course.
  • Promotional Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or scholarships.
  • One Limit: Limited to one refund or guarantee claim per customer.
  • Exam Validity: The guarantee applies to official CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) written exams (e.g., AAMA, NCCT) only. It does not apply to practice exams or university-issued tests.
  • Completion Integrity: All practice tests and course modules must be completed. System logs showing interrupted tests, skipped sections, or rapid guessing will void the guarantee.
  • Authenticity: Repeatedly failing the same practice test to artificially inflate completion statistics is not permitted and will be detected by our system, resulting in a voided guarantee.
  • Study Intervals: Practice tests must be completed over reasonable time intervals to reflect genuine study habits.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to verify your exam results with the testing provider if necessary.
  • Discretion: Evidence of rushed content, skipped videos, or academic dishonesty will immediately void the guarantee.
