Our story
Why We Built AllCMA
The effort was never the problem. The material was.
Becoming a certified medical assistant opens doors — and the certification exam is the door. Whether you’re pursuing the CMA (AAMA), the CCMA (NHA), or the RMA (AMT), the stakes are identical: pass, and the credential is yours. Most of the people preparing for these exams are studying around work shifts, families, and finishing programs. Effort has never been the issue.
The material has been. The free options available to candidates tend to fall into the same three traps:

Mapped to the blueprint
Every question starts from a domain in the official AAMA, NHA, or AMT content outline. If a topic isn’t on your exam’s blueprint, it doesn’t make it into your practice.

Questions are built the way the real test asks them — a clinical stem and four options, with distractors that are plausible rather than obvious.
Explanation attached before launch
No question ships with just a letter. Each one carries a plain-English rationale for the correct answer — and why the other options are wrong.
