Cerebral Spinal Fluid
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is a clear, watery liquid that flows around the brain and spinal cord. The brain and spinal cord are protected by the bones of the skull and spine. CSF acts as a cushion, or shock absorber, for the brain. It also contains nutrients that keep the brain healthy and help it to work properly.
